The qualified chef here at Tastebuds is Joshi, who studied a hotel management degree course, specialising in cooking in India.He worked for 8 years at group of Taj hotels in Kerala, going on to Taj Coromandel and Residency Tower in Madras. After this, he moved to the UK to work atHoliday Inn for a further 3 years, before going to Oakland Hotel for 2 years.After, he began work in multiple restaurants and finished an NVQ Level and a HABCLevel 2 award in Food safety in Catering in the UK 2017.Once he had completed this, he successfully set up his own restaurant TASTEBUDS,Plumstead Road, Norwich NR1 4AB

A world renowned Indian dish, Biriyani takes time and practice to make but is worth every bit of the effort. Basmati Rice flavoured with exotic spices, such as saffron, is layered with Lamb, Chicken, Fish or Vegetables and a thick gravy serve with Pappadam, rather, veg curry as you like.
Masala Dosa is a variation of the popular south Indian food. A properly made crisp and savory Indian dosa is wonderfully delicious. Made from rice, lentils, potato and curry leaves and served with chutneys and sambar (Vegetable curry).
Kurma is rich and creamy cooked with plenty of coconut milk, yogurt, nuts, poppy seeds, vegetable/meat and very mild curry.
This is my famous dish and hot or mild curry. Cooked with plenty of diced onions, pepper, ginger, garlic, coriander and tomato in a medium thick gravy. All meat is cooked in Tandoor oven and specially marinated in our chef’s special fresh spices.
